	If you prefer to place your order by mail or fax, you can select and download an order form by clicking on the "downloads" link in the navigation panel at the left edge of the screen.
	If you need to upload your photo(s) for placement on your personalized items, please prepare your photo(s) according to the following requirements:
	Uploaded photo file must be high resolution (at least 200 pixels per inch at actual size it will be printed). Your files must be saved in one of the following formats: BMP, JPG, TIF, GIF, EPS, or PDF.Your files may be "Zipped". Please note: If your photo(s) do not meet these requirements, your order may be placed on hold until an acceptable file is received. If you aren't sure your photo(s) meet the requirements, contact Customer Support for assistance. We will be happy to assist you in preparing and uploading your photo(s).
